Just In Time Tool & Die Inc. has been building quality metal stamping dies since 1988. Founded by John Bernad Sr., Our family run business has been specializing in progressive and transfer dies for the automotive industry. Our goal is to help our customers achieve the highest level of productivity and efficiency by using the latest technologies and die building techniques.. With over 50 years of die building experience, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
CAPABILITIES
We specialize in a large variety of parts and materials. From High strength steel to stainless steel, dual phase to aluminum we have worked with the most extreme material and form conditions. We have built dies for seating components, frame/structural parts, engine exhaust components and more.

CNC Technology
Large Machining capabilities
Our large size (120” x 60” x 40”) bridge type CNC allows for die set machining and other large programs. Our machines are equipped with probing and laser measurement systems for fast and accurate set up.
CNC solutions
Our machining centers gives us the flexibility to complete any machining task to the highest accuracy. All of our CNC machines utilize the latest in high speed machining technology for fast and accurate milling in any application
advanced machining
High speed machining is used to ensure a high level of surface finish. With 5-axis technology we are able to machine complicated assemblies accurately and quickly.
3-D SOLID DESIGN
All of our designs are used with the latest software. 3-D solid designs, surface modeling, and strip layouts are all done in house using the latest versions of VISI as well as Mastercam. All of our designs have available detailed drawings for each die design to ensure a full process control throughout all stages of the design build. Our designs are fully backed up and stored offsite to ensure our customers will have their information for the length of production runs.
PART SIMULATION
Our part analysis software helps us achieve the most optimal blank and form developments using less material consumption and die sizes to reduce cost for our customers. Our in house multi stage forming simulation helps us confirm our design processes and conceptual designs.
WATERJET
By having an in house waterjet cutting machine, we are able to speed up our part development process to ensure on time delivery to our customers. We are also able to supply early prototype part samples when needed and 3-D contour cutting for more advanced part cutting.
edm
Our EDM machines and drills allows to cut our profiles with extreme precision and speed. Lights out machining help produce trim steels on time to our customers.
qUALITY
With every build, we supply a full part inspection to our customers requirements using our CMM. Our reports are easy to understand and include point maps to show part inspection details. Our large size CMM make it easy to inspect lager parts and strips.(60” x 30”) We provide reverse engineering and digitizing from 2-D profiles such as trim punches and sections to full 3-D surfaces. We have an excellent understanding in GD & T and check fixtures resolving most problem issues at the earliest possible point in the project cycle.
